<p class="texto">A operação Almoeda revelou que os criminosos criavam páginas falsas na internet para simular leilões de veículos fraudulentos, induzindo vítimas a fazer lances e transferências bancárias para contas sob controle dos falsos leiloeiros. Utilizando estratégias de marketing digital, as páginas falsas eram destacadas em relação aos sites oficiais de leilões.</p>

<p class="texto">“Para dar credibilidade às operações fraudulentas, os suspeitos afirmavam que os procedimentos eram homologados por Tribunais de Justiça, e usavam indevidamente símbolos e marcas de órgãos do Poder Judiciário”, explicou o delegado à frente do caso, Wislei Salomão, da Coordenação de Repressão aos Crimes Contra o Consumidor, a Propriedade Imaterial e Fraudes (Corf).</p>
<p class="texto">Só no DF, o prejuízo causado pelo grupo a de R$ 3 milhões, relacionados a aproximadamente 200 ocorrências registradas. A PCDF identificou os es dos sites e constatou que o grupo está ligado a pelo menos outros 10 sites fraudulentos operando em diversos estados, incluindo Paraná, São Paulo, e Santa Catarina.</p>
<p class="texto">Os dois mandados de busca e apreensão foram cumpridos em Santo André/SP. Além disso, o Poder Judiciário autorizou os procedimentos de "take down" (derrubada) e "take over" (controle) do site investigado para prevenir mais vítimas. Os suspeitos responderão por estelionato, formação de organização criminosa e lavagem de dinheiro.</p>

Utilizando estratégias de marketing digital, as páginas falsas eram destacadas em relação aos sites oficiais de leilões.

“Para dar credibilidade às operações fraudulentas, os suspeitos afirmavam que os procedimentos eram homologados por Tribunais de Justiça, e usavam indevidamente símbolos e marcas de órgãos do Poder Judiciário”, explicou o delegado à frente do caso, Wislei Salomão, da Coordenação de Repressão aos Crimes Contra o Consumidor, a Propriedade Imaterial e Fraudes (Corf).
Só no DF, o prejuízo causado pelo grupo a de R$ 3 milhões, relacionados a aproximadamente 200 ocorrências registradas. A PCDF identificou os es dos sites e constatou que o grupo está ligado a pelo menos outros 10 sites fraudulentos operando em diversos estados, incluindo Paraná, São Paulo, e Santa Catarina.
Os dois mandados de busca e apreensão foram cumpridos em Santo André/SP. Além disso, o Poder Judiciário autorizou os procedimentos de "take down" (derrubada) e "take over" (controle) do site investigado para prevenir mais vítimas. Os suspeitos responderão por estelionato, formação de organização criminosa e lavagem de dinheiro.
